Community Outreach Services
The vision of the Community Outreach Services Department of Self Regional Healthcare is to improve the overall health status of the Lakelands region by providing health promotion and prevention education and building relationships among populations and community partners.
The department is comprised of a variety of programs that focus on moving beyond the hospital walls and into the community.
Corporate and Community Education Programs
