Healthcare Providers
Ashley McGee, M.D.
Dr. McGee earned a Bachelor of Arts in government from Wofford College in Spartanburg, S.C., in 2000. He earned a Doctor of Medicine degree from the Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston, S.C., in 2004. He completed residency training at the Self Regional Healthcare Family Medicine Residency Program in June 2007. Dr. McGee has been involved in medical missions in several different countries since completing his residency.
Joseph Patrick, M.D.
Dr. Patrick earned a Bachelor of Science from Belmont Abbey College in Belmont, N.C., in 2003 and his Doctor of Medicine from the University Of South Carolina School of Medicine in Columbia, S.C., in 2007. Dr. Patrick completed his residency at the Self Regional Family Medicine Residency program in Greenwood, S.C., this June.
Dr. Patrick was named the Family Medicine Student of the Year in 2007.
On-call Physician
If you need to talk to a physician after hours, call Self Regional Healthcare at (864) 725-4111 and ask for the physician on call for Family Healthcare • Ware Shoals. If you are experiencing a health emergency during or outside office hours, please call 911 so an ambulance can take you to the Emergency Care Center. The doctor on call after hours will not be able to refill prescriptions you have gotten from the office.
